RESPONSIBILITIES •Work remotely to conduct virtual, individualized, succinct screenings of children, adults, families and/or their caregivers whopresent with specific requests and needs related to a wide range of developmental disabilities including autism and relateddisorders, or mental health diagnoses. •Utilize your keen observation skills, strong listening skills, clinical acumen, experience and training to provide a compassionateresponse in granting or denying requests for services and accommodations. •Serve a high-volume program; engage and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Registered Nurses, Behavior Analysts, Psychologists, and others. This position is responsible for clinical service development, threading and oversight of the Public Conservator and CARE Act Teams. The ideal candidate for this position will have a current license by the State of California as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Additionally, the successful candidate will have executive-level leadership and decision-making skills, as well as clinical experience and organizational and political acumen, in order to advise and provide oversight of Behavioral Health Services. |
